“Finding out about you was such a blessing. I remember thinking hard about how to transition my angel to her own room, but realizing that I didn't even know how to begin. Since birth, she wasn’t a great sleeper, and it didn’t get better as the months flew by. Co-sleeping with her started getting tougher as mobility set in, since she started kicking and twisting all night long. I really found the resources provided easy to follow and what I liked about Mummy clinicc's method is that they were not too harsh. I was so nervous about just leaving my 8 month old to cry and cry so I appreciated that the methodology had allowances to reassure baby by staying in the room and that you also gave different methods. In this way it didn't feel too rigid and you offered options to choose from. I also appreciated that you would take time out to answer our questions in a very detailed way. I didn't feel like you were 'hands off' just because it was a WhatsApp group, but rather the complete opposite. Your voice notes providing additional guidance and asking questions empowered me and help me to feel supported on the journey. My baby girl has taken to the sleep training very well and my husband and I have really gotten a lot from having our nights back. As I write this I am away for my first work trip since giving birth, and hubby is holding the fort with baby, and that is made entirely possible because our daughter is now sleep trained. I decided to join this class because we had a terrible sleeping time . My 3year old daughter would usually sleep earliest time without pap at 11pm. On days that she naps, we sometimes stay till 2am.I needed the help and I am super grateful for your help. She is always in bed latest 8pm and doesn’t get out of bed till the next day. Her drinking beverage at dawn has also stopped all because of auntie Temi and we thank God for your life because now I can sleep for at least 6-7 hours at a stretch with no interruptions. It was a struggle getting him to sleep on the time and that means I can’t sleep till he does. My husband and I used to take turns to stay awake till he sleeps. We tried turning off the light, petting him to sleep, backing him. When I stumbled on your page on instagram, I wandered what could really be done about getting kids to bed on time. After seeing several testimonials, I psyched myself to give it a try and viola!!!I am well rested , I can attend to other things in the house , watch TV now. Scratch that this WAS me for the past 13 months with a baby turned toddler in my bed almost every night (referring to an image of parents struggling with having toddler in their bed). But the worst part was that she wasn't sleeping and we weren't sleeping either. She woke up every 3 hours especially since she clocked one. She was always restless and crying and I felt terrible not knowing what to do. Is she hungry? Is she wet? Is she thirsty? My husband and I were tired. I was very tired, I started feeling miserable and angry. My sleep pattern was like that of a new mom. I thought it was supposed to get better, why is it getting worse? I didn't know what to do. I felt terrible. My baby isn't getting enough sleep! I started thinking she had a sleeping disorder. I spoke to older mums and they made it seem like it was a norm. She's getting older, she's changing, it's a phase, and you would get through it. At 2am on Thursday night I sent a DM to @mummyclinicc. I was at my wits' end. I needed help fast. The first three days of the sleep training course were the most challenging, I almost gave up. Today as I type this my daughter, bless her now sleeps through the night. 7:30pm to 6am. I have no regrets doing this!Money well spent! It was indeed a great investment on my part.Thank you,thank you,may God continue to give you wisdom to impact as many lives as possible.Before we took this class my 14 month old used to sleep earliest 10pm and would still wake up at least twice in the night.But since we started this class, he not only sleeps early but sleeps through the night most times.He’s up alert and energetic, you can tell he is refreshed.Now i’m excited about night time,I have more time to myself and hubby and it has made me more organized as I am done with all I want to do by 7.30pm. I’ll advise you all check out the get your kids to sleep early class by mummyclinicc, they will start to sleep by 7.30pm everyday.Worked for me.You then get time to do other things.Thank me later.
I first thought it was not necessary too, until I knew how important it is for children to sleep well.I joined the sleep classs and my children sleep latest by 8pm, coming from 11pm.Now I have 3 more free hours to myself for other things and my children wakeup with smiles every morning as against our usual cranky ways. Take this class and thank me later.
They want to play hide and seek till they get hungry again at 9pm eat cereal and then finally sleep off past 10.Wake them up in the morning now,they wouldn’t. Then I took part in the sleep class challenge and they now sleep at 7.30pm.They will even say its past my bedtime momma. I have to wake up healthy wealthy and wise. I Knew I needed to be part of this challenge when Marvel’s teacher called me months back to say Marvel was sleeping more often in class and it had affected her performance...joining this class helped me understand the many advantages of a child going to bed early and helped me with a more structured schedule for Marvel. I joined the sleep course to get my baby to sleep through the night. It has been a very informative and practical course. I have been equipped to make this a lifestyle for my baby. He now sleeps through the night without breastfeeding. Although there are nights when he wakes up, he is still able to go back to sleep without breast milk. He is now eating extremely well during the day and that is another benefit I got through sleep training.
My evenings are more organized because I now have a routine I follow, baby is successfully weaned off breasts milk, sleeps through the night, eats her meals and I am now enjoying my nights and bed too
