Does this sound like your nights?
- You have rocked, fed, shushed and paced the same stretch of hallway a hundred times. The second you lower them into the cot, their eyes snap open.
- You dread bedtime because you already know how it goes.
- You are back at work soon, and the thought of doing your job on this little sleep genuinely frightens you.
- Everyone has a view. Your mum says they will grow out of it. The group chat says try one more thing. You have tried all the things.
If any of that just described your week, you are in the right place.
Why this keeps happening
Here is the part most people miss. Your baby waking through the night is not a discipline problem, and it is not a sign that you have done something wrong. Most of the time it comes down to sleep associations, the way your child has learned to fall asleep, and what happens when they naturally stir between sleep cycles.
Once you understand that, the nights stop feeling random. There is a reason behind them. And reasons can be worked with.
Meet your specialist
I’m Temi Olajide, founder of MummyClinicc. For more than 15 years I have helped families through the exact nights you are having now. My background includes a Certificate of Professional Study in Advanced Child Psychology and I am a Certified Sleep Consultant and Certified Potty Training Consultant.
What that really means for you: I don’t hand out generic routines. I look at your child, your home and your reality, and I build a plan you can actually follow. More than 5,000 families have worked with me one-to-one, part of a parenting community now over 80,000 strong, and the reason they come, and the reason they send their friends, is simple. They finally understood what was happening, and they had someone in their corner while they fixed it.

Success stories
Meet a mum whose baby was waking six times a night. Here is what changed.
Bedtime used to take two hours. In her words, not mine.
“I was a bit sceptical when I saw the post about sleep training cos I thought my baby was still young (she was 6 weeks)… My baby has had a beautiful sleep routine since 7 weeks and she is 4 months now. She sleeps all night, unaided, and wakes up only once or twice to feed and goes right back to sleep.”
Temidayo — baby 6 weeks to 4 months“For so long, I was indecisive with the idea of attending a sleep training course for my kid… working with MummyClinicc was the gamechanger… My baby is no longer clingy and highly irritable. She totally changed my mindset about talking to a professional.”
Sherifat“My baby was over 1 and still actively engaging in overnight breast feeding… he literally used to wake up every 1.5 hours to breastfeed… a few weeks later, my baby started sleeping for 10 hours uninterrupted every night.”
Fiky — baby over 1 year“Thank you for helping me sleep train my baby. At four months now she sleeps by 6pm… and wakes up around 6-7am the next day… We reached out to MummyClinicc when my baby was around 2 months and with her help we have an independent sleeper now.”
Ife — baby 4 months“Worth the money paid. Loved the constant check in and advice. Baby started sleeping longer and by herself. Life can now be planned!”
Tosin“With your sleep training course my baby sleeps well throughout the night now without hassle. This has helped me put more focus on myself and career.”
Chi“Before the sleep course I had a 1 year old that would not just sleep on his own, or would wake up 5-6 times every night… by the 3rd night my son started sleeping on his own and stopped waking up at night, it was like MAGIC!”
Asmau — baby 1 year“My clingy daughter would sleep so tightly next to me that she woke up and followed me when I went to the toilet during the night… Fast forward, baby girl is excited to go to sleep. She’s fast asleep by 8pm and sleeps through until 8am… From someone that will scream for over one hour during the night because she doesn’t want to sleep. This is amazing.”

Will this work for my child?
I can’t promise a specific result, and honestly, anyone who does is overselling. What I can tell you is that most sleep struggles come down to a handful of causes. Once we know which one is yours, there is almost always a practical way forward. That is exactly what the assessment and your plan are for.
What ages do you support?
Sleep support is designed for children roughly 4 months to 3 years. If your little one is just outside that, take the assessment anyway and I’ll point you in the right direction.
How quickly will I see a change?
Every child is different. Some families notice a shift within days, others need a couple of weeks of consistency. Your plan is built to be realistic for your home, not a race.
I’ve already tried everything.
You probably have. The difference usually isn’t the technique. It’s that the pieces were never put together for your specific child. That is what changes here.
What if my partner wants to think about it first?
Completely fair. The assessment and the call cost nothing and give you both something concrete to talk through, rather than another opinion to argue about at 2am.
Do you guarantee results?
We can’t promise a specific result for every child, but we can promise this: do the work with us, and if your child still isn’t making progress within 30 days, you get your money back. It’s our 30-Day Results Guarantee, and it’s explained in the Confidence Promise below.
What happens on the Support Call?
We talk through what’s happening, I help you understand the likely cause, and I recommend the level of support that fits. It’s a conversation, not a sales pitch, and it’s genuinely useful even if you go on to do it yourself.
Can I start immediately?
Yes. If you choose the self-paced course, you get access straight away and can begin tonight.
The MummyClinicc Confidence Promise
